We spent a lot of time in the Rocky Mountains in the summer of 2022. One of the highlights of our season was the wedding of Conrad and Patricia, on July 3rd at Canmore Ranch and Cornerstone Theatre

While we’ve done many weddings at Cornerstone, this was my first time at the Ranch, and I was blown away by the view that is the backdrop for ceremonies at this gorgeous venue.

We’re so lucky to have this spectacular scenery in our province, there is never a moment I spend in the mountains where I’m not gazing around in awe and gratitude.

The day began with light rainfall and moody skies, which added an element of drama to the majestic mountains that set the scene of the wedding day.

Patricia was getting ready at a nearby hotel, with her wedding party and mom. Needless to say, there were a few tears as Patricia revealed herself in her dress! The photographer and myself were discreetly shooting our content from the corner of the room as the intimate moments unfolded before us.
